At Catalyst:Ed (www.catalyst-ed.org), we believe your skills and experiences are invaluable and can be leveraged more broadly to help more organizations serve students and families better. If you have strong expertise in one or more areas relevant to K-12 education and an interest in project-based work, we can connect you to organizations that are looking to tap into your expertise for short-term, mission-critical projects.

Note: Project Directors/Partners at consulting firms may apply on behalf of their firm. We do, however, expect the individual to serve as the project lead on any projects matched through Catalyst;Ed.
Here's what you gain:
Projects range in size from large ones for states, districts, national nonprofits and foundations to small ones for schools and charter applicants.
Project types span the diverse needs of education organizations. Examples include: strategic advising, project management, providing interim capacity for early stage projects or unfilled positions, systems design and improvement, research and evaluation, and 1:1 coaching.
